Zest is a peptide tracking and reconstitution platform operated by Launchpoint Dev Inc., DBA Zest.

We may collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, from connected third-party platforms, and from publicly available sources.

Zest utilizes artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, large language models, predictive systems, and automated analytical tools.

Users should not submit information they are not authorized to share.

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated outputs.

Zest does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

You retain ownership of all content, data, documents, files, prompts, and materials submitted to Zest ("Customer Data").

Nothing in this Privacy Policy transfers ownership of Customer Data to Zest.

We do not sell personal information.

AI Service Providers — information may be processed through third-party AI systems and providers necessary to deliver platform functionality.

Zest employs commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.

If we become aware that information has been collected from a child, we may delete such information.

Zest is not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, content, or operations of third parties.

To provide AI-powered functionality, information submitted to Zest may be processed, analyzed, and transformed by artificial intelligence systems.

Users should not rely exclusively upon AI-generated outputs when making business decisions.

All outputs require independent review and verification.

Deleting your account closes it immediately and anonymizes your profile. Connected services are cleaned up asynchronously afterward. Some records are retained where the law requires it. This cannot be undone.

After your account is closed, cleanup in connected services continues asynchronously in the background. A “completed” status means core anonymization finished — not that every domain has finished its cascade yet.

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, manage or cancel that subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting this account does not cancel Apple subscriptions.

When you use Zest to track peptide protocols, reconstitution calculations, inventory, dose logs, progress notes, or related research workflows, we process operational data needed to run those features (including compound identifiers, protocol metadata, vial and inventory fields, log timestamps, and related audit shells) subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable retention rules.

When you browse or interact with the Zest Library catalog — including product and family views, list opens, search and filter actions, soft-intent actions such as linking a compound or using a product in the calculator, inventory reorder prompts, return visits, and outbound Shop/Order affiliate clicks — we may collect first-party product-interaction analytics on Zest servers. Records may include event kind, source surface (for example Ask versus Library browse or search), session identifiers, campaign identifiers when present, device and app metadata, truncated user-agent strings, hashed network identifiers, and hashed search-query fingerprints. We do not store raw search text, dose amounts, health samples, or Ask conversation content on these analytics records.

We use this information to operate and improve the Library experience (including thresholded popularity features such as Trending), measure content and affiliate performance, and support internal growth and developer marketing analysis. This is first-party product analytics retained on Zest systems. In the current product, individual-level Library engagement rows are not shared with third-party advertising networks for cross-app audience linking.

When you use Zest Connected Health, Launchpoint Dev Inc., DBA Zest may import a fixed read-only wellness bundle — Steps, Workouts, Sleep, Hydration, Weight, Resting heart rate, Heart rate variability, Active energy, Exercise minutes, and Workout heart rate — from Apple HealthKit into your Zest account. On Android, Health Connect import is limited to weight, sleep, and hydration under Google Play Health Connect minimum-scope. Steps, workouts, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, active energy, exercise minutes, and workout heart rate remain available via manual tracking on Android and via Apple Health on iOS. Import requires a current, versioned fixed-bundle consent. The connection is optional; manual tracking remains available in every connection state.

Imported Connected Health data is retained while your Zest account remains active and the data has not been deleted through a Connected Health deletion request, account deletion, or another approved deletion path. A specific day-count retention period is not stated here because that figure remains externally blocked until counsel and operations evidence lock it. Disconnect stops future import and does not itself delete already imported history.

Disconnect stops future import and AI/provider sharing that depended on Connected Health consent, and requests provider revocation where the OS permits. Disconnect preserves already imported history. Delete Imported Health Data is a separate destructive action.
